KLOW peptide reading list
The collagen papers sit alongside tendon, wound, intestinal and human pilot studies. The differences between their experiments are as interesting as the shared repair vocabulary.
Starting points
For the question at the centre of this site, begin with the GHK study in aged mouse fibroblasts and the GHK skin-regeneration review. Together they introduce the tension between collagen production and the behaviour of cells handling that material.
The rat tendon experiment adds mechanical and functional outcomes, while the topical GHK review brings formulation difficulties back into the picture. The complete citation list follows.
